I’m always so grateful when I start getting reviews for any of the stories I write that people have taken the time and energy to read, watch, or listen, and share their honest thoughts.
This year for my new Christmas romance novel, Love Always, Christmas, where I’m also planning to write the movie, I have been so grateful to receive so many five-star reviews from readers who are taking this very special holiday story to heart.
This review, where I’m mentioned in the same breath as legendary author Christmas Queen Debbie Macomber means so much because Debbie’s writing and all she does as an author to uplift others and give back, has always been such an inspiration to me.
I don’t know if everyone realizes just how much reviews mean to us authors. They mean everything. Not because we’re looking for praise but because by writing reviews of your favorite stories it helps other readers find these stories, too.
Think about it. When you go to Amazon or Barnes and Noble and scroll through books don’t you always pay attention to the books that have a lot of top reviews?
I am so truly grateful to everyone who takes the time to review my novels, Christmas movies, and audio projects. I assure you that I learn from every single one.
