This is a topic I’m truly passionate about after writing Christmas movies for Netflix, Hallmark, and LIfetime, Top 10 Audible Original, and seven bestselling holiday novels.
What I love is that my writing students range from someone who has never written a screenplay before to experienced writers. We all have one thing in common. We’re storytellers who love Christmas and creating magical, uplifting, empowering stories!
Each class I learn from these brilliant, brave, writing students by their smart questions, and remind myself of the tips and tricks to write the very best holiday stories that I can for my movies, novels, audio projects and beyond.
I’m also very excited and honored that coming up the WGA has also asked me to teach How to a Write Holiday Movie course as a mini-course one day class for WGA writers.
I can’t wait as I learn. so much every time I teach.
My parents, uncle, cousin were/are all teachers I guess I must have gotten that gene and didn’t even know it!
